Hello, I’m Rebecca, I live in Stamford, England with my husband and two very busy little boys. I love to cook and craft and make my home look pretty. I adore M&S fudge bars, can’t resist a mojito and despair of my hair on a daily basis. I’d like to call myself a domestic goddess but the dust is calling me a liar.
Really Pretty Useful began as a way to order my mind, rediscover my passions and inspire me to find a new direction after having my children. And let’s face it – it’s a chance to inject a bit of girl stuff back into my life full of all things boy.
I’ve been a journalist for over a decade, but Really Pretty Useful allows me to document some of my favourite things, looks, meals and simple craft projects. If it helps me to avoid turning into a tracksuit-wearing-football-mum it will have succeeded. If it inspires you then that is a very happy bonus.
For all things Really Pretty Useful be sure to follow along on facebook, twitter, instagram and pinterest. Please do drop me an email firstname.lastname@example.org – comments are always welcome. Happy reading.

I really hope you like what you see on my blog. If you like it so much that you want to feature it on your own blog or website I'd be chuffed. But please, please credit me and link back. If you want to reproduce more than one of my photos please drop me an email to ask for permission. Taking more than one photo violates my copyright and is just a bit cheeky. Reproducing an entire post is also not polite and could get you into trouble. Thanks
